• How do I make an appointment?

• What can I expect on the first appointment?

The first appointment will be dedicated to clinical assessment. Information such as current symptoms, past symptoms, previous treatments, medical history, family history, and social history will be gathered.

• What do I need to bring on the first appointment?

Prior to the appointment, it is recommended that you print our intake form (the one that applies to you) and fill it out to the best of your ability before you come to the appointment to save time. The forms can be downloaded here. However, if you do not have access to printing, we will provide you with a set of forms on your visit to Neuro Health Inc. If this is the case, please arrive half an hour prior to your fixed appointment.
 

• What is the cost of your service and will my private insurance cover it?

The cost of you session will vary depending on the type of service provided to you. Many of our services may be covered by your private insurance, however, we do not have direct contact with your private insurance. You are to pay us directly and if you wish to be reimbursed, we will provide you with the necessary documentations to provide to your private insurance. Please call us for more information.

• What is your appointment cancellation policy?

Notice of cancellation of a scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance so that we are available for other clients. Otherwise, you assume full responsibility for the missed session. You are similarly responsible for lateness.

• What type of payment does Neuro Health Inc. accept?

We accept Cash, Mastercard and Visa. We do not accept Cheque.

• What if I want the treatment but cannot afford it?

You may speak to one of our staff and they may be able to offer a sliding scale depending on your situation and yearly income.

• Do you prescribe medication?

Neuro Health Inc. is a place for alternative treatments without the intervention of medication. We utilize a holistic approach to gain insight to your problem and treat it without the use of medication. However, we do have staff that can prescribe medication.
