RAVI KIRAN CHOUDHRY, Ph.D.   Founder and President of Neuro Health Inc.

Ravi Kiran Choudhry studied Psychology and Biochemistry, with specialization in Neuropsychology from the University of Toronto. She also received training in repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Neurofeedback from the EEG Spectrum International in California.

Her clinical experience includes cognitive assessments of forensic and psychiatric patients. She also has diverse experience in couseling of individuals with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety and Depression.

Ravi Choudhry has presented a wide range of work in the area of Parkinson’s disease, both nationally and internationally. She has extensively studied the benefits of virtual reality in the treatment of psychological disorders.


Dr. INGRID GORE,   Registered Psychologist

Dr. Gore is a registered Psychologist and a Regulated Health Professional. She has received her doctoral degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience in settings such as family counseling agencies, teaching hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Her areas of expertise are psychological assessment, treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, accident rehabilitation, and women’s issues.

CHANTEL COWARD, Ph.D.   Professor and Private Clinician

After a number of years of practicing in a variety of settings including Lakehead University, Georgian College-University Partnership Centre, Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene, Queen’s University, Whitby Mental Health Centre, Peterborough Regional Health Centre, University Medical Centre, Kaiser Permanente, and the Kawartha and Trillium School Boards, Neuro Health Inc. is very excited to have Chantel Coward join their team.

Currently, Chantel holds a professing position with Georgian College-University Partnership Centre and owns and operates an Assessment and Counselling Services practice in Midland, Ontario. She brings with her extensive experience with providing both assessment and treatment services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in both individual and group settings.

KRUPA  SHAH, M.A.   Certified Counsellor 

Krupa Shah is from British Columbia and has a Bachelor’s degree in Family Science and a Master’s of Arts in Education with a counselling major.  She has worked in the field of developmental disabilities and mental health since 1998 with experience ranging from behaviour therapy, case management and counselling.  She has worked with persons needing assistance and resolution of life adjustment problems as well as others with persisting mental health issues.  She used a solutions focused approach for her practice and is eager to help people. 

TERRY FISS, Ph.D.   Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Fiss is a Clinical Neuropsychologist who specializes in the assessment and treatment of the cognitive, emotional and behavioural consequences of changes in brain functioning.

Dr. Fiss earned his B.A. in Psychology at Laurentian University in Sudbury and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology at York University in Toronto. He is licensed to practice in the area of Clinical Neuropsychology by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. 

For the past 26 years he has worked with individuals with brain injury at St. Michael`s Hospital in Toronto, Centenary Health Center in Scarborough, and at a number of traumatic brain injury assessment and rehabilitation centers throughout the greater Toronto area.

He is currently a staff Neuropsychologist at the Whitby Mental Health Center, where he provides assessment, consultation and education to caregivers and individuals with brain injury / illness and psychiatric disturbances. He is also part of the multi-disciplinary team at the WMHC Memory Clinic, providing diagnostic assessment and education to individuals in the community who are exhibiting symptoms of early dementia. 

SENTHURIKA SIVAKUMAR, H.BSC.   Patient Care Coordinator

Senthurika is a Patient Care Coordinator at Neuro Health Inc. She has been employed at Neuro Health Inc. since the centre had opened and will be one of the staff that will welcome you to the centre. Senthurika will address your questions and concerns or will be pleased to direct you to another staff that can help you with your inquiries. She is very friendly and approachable and will ensure to satisfy your needs efficiently and appropriately. She will provide outstanding service to our clients.
